Making Real Steel series for Disney Plus network

Disney is working with Shawn Levy to make a series based on the movie Real Steel, and the series is set to air on the Disney Plus network.

In the latest Movie and TV news, A series based on the movie Real Steel is under construction. The Real Steel series is under construction for Disney Plus. The live-action series is based on the pure steel film that was released in 2011 and in this action film, actors such as Hugh Jackman, Evangeline Lily and Anthony Mackey appeared and played roles. Shawn Levy directed the film, which follows the story of a father and boxer starring Hugh Jackman and his son.

They find a robot, and now Jackman’s character, who lost his robot in a robot boxing match, is training the robot to compete in a boxing match. The series Real Steel will be produced in collaboration with Disney TV, the 20th Century Studio TV and 21Laps. Disney is currently looking to hire a writer for the Pure Steel series. Levy will also co-produce with Robert Zamkis, Jack Rapek, Jacqueline Levine, Susan Montford and Dan Murphy.

21Laps has previously produced Free Guy in collaboration with Disney, and also has a track record of making Stranger Things for Netflix. Real Steel is based on the second part of the fifth season of The Twilight Zone series called Steel, written by Richard Matheson, which managed to sell nearly $ 300 million at the box office. Walt Disney was in charge of distributing the film. No further details on the Real Steel series are available at this time.
