Zynga, as one of the most powerful companies in the mobile gaming industry, announced that it will join Tik-To Interactive.

Take-Two has keyed in Zynga’s acquisition process and will spend about $ 12.7 billion on the acquisition. Tick-To Interactive owns the GTA game series, the Red Dead Redemption game series, the NBA 2K game series, the BioShock, the Mafia, the Civilization game series, and many more. The video game giant, of which Rockstar and 2K are only a part, is now gaining a lot of power in the mobile gaming industry with the purchase of Zynga.

FarmVille, Words With Friends, CSR Racing, Empires & Puzzles, Golf Rival, Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells, and Merge Dragons are just some of Zynga’s best-known and lucrative works. The company will become part of Tik-To Interactive and at the same time its CEO will not change. Meanwhile, all of Take-Two Interactive’s mobile divisions will be operating as part of Zynga.

Some time ago, we saw Take-Two trying to buy Codemasters, and finally Electronic Orthos managed to buy Codemasters. Now Tick-too has shown with a $ 12.7 billion purchase that it still wants to get bigger and bigger than before. Tik-Tu said that with the purchase of Zynga, it will become one of the most diverse and largest mobile game publishers. Zynga also announced that joining Take-Two could further its goals and grow.
