During the week ending January 18, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe topped the UK weekly sales chart.
The weeks after the New Year holidays until the end of January are usually quiet weeks and we do not see any special video games. Now, during the week leading up to the 18th of January (January 8th), we are witnessing the dominance of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
FIFA 12 came in second and Animal Crossing: New Horizons came in third. Nintendo Switch Minecraft came in fourth and Call of Duty: Vanguard came in fifth.
In the second half of the table, Ring Fit Adventure is sixth and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is seventh. At the bottom of the table are Pokemon Brilliant Diamond eighth, Just Dance 2022 and Grand Theft Auto V ninth and tenth, respectively.
